We take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as Continental Power Care, a proud part of the Kothari Group. Established in 1967 by Shri M.M. Kothari (B.E. Electronics, BITS Pilani), the Kothari Group has thrived in the electronics, electrical, scientific, and medical fields. Today, the group boasts an annual turnover exceeding ₹50 crore.

Founded in 1984, we pioneered communication instruments for police telecom including power supplies, battery chargers, and antennas. Our innovations evolved through voltage stabilizers (1988), booster transformers for PHED (1994), APFC panels (2000), education panels (2007), and now, smart Tubewell monitoring systems (2012).

Our mission remains: solve real-world electrical challenges with sustainable, automated, and cost-effective solutions — now and into the future.

1984
Establishment of Continental Power Care
Founded as a manufacturing unit, it pioneered communication instruments for police telecommunications including power supplies, battery chargers, and antennas.
 
1989
Establishment of Continental Power Care
Launched CVT and Servo Stabilizers to protect electronics and medical equipment. Adopted by top clients like NTPC, Pollution Board, and Police Telecom.
 
1995
Manual Booster Transformers
Designed solutions for P.H.E.D. and rural areas to combat low voltage, improving water supply efficiency by renting booster transformers.
 
2001
Automatic Power Factor Control Panels
Developed APFC panels to reduce energy surcharges for large electricity consumers like P.H.E.D., installed across Rajasthan on rental basis.
 
2008
Educational Equipment for Institutions
Supplied electrical and electronics study panels, and educational transformers to newly launched ITIs, Polytechnic, and Engineering Colleges.
 
2012
Rural Water Supply Monitoring System
Launched a fully automated monitoring system for Tubewells with online connectivity to improve safety, energy savings, and efficiency.
